Special Care Agency was developed as a result of personal experience and knowledge of caring for a loved one with special needs. Founder Sally Coomer has a daughter living with developmental disabilities; she understands the day-to-day demands of providing long-term care and supports. With personal experience and knowledge of the needs of individuals and their families she has created a trusted network of caregivers and community support services to meet the unique needs of each individual and their family.   We feel it a privilege to serve you in meeting your individual needs.
