Special Care Agency is licensed and contracted to provide residential support services to individuals who qualify For Developmental Disability services through DSHS.  Special Care Agency residential support services offers a continuum of community living services for adults with a wide variety of developmental disabilities and skill levels.  


Participants can live semi-independently in their own homes or apartments. Depending on assessed needs, Special Care can also assist with medications, coordinate and provide transportation, provide support for finances, facilitate relationships with family and friends while supporting involvement in social and recreational activities within their community.


We promote self-determination, independence and competence by providing needed supports for daily living.  We do this through a person-centered planning process to help you identify desired goals and the individualized services needed to help achieve them.
